4/13/2024 - happytom Likes this wine: 95 pointsCherry with herbs. Even a bit of mint! Tasting fresh. Initially a bit tart but then mellowed out. And the flavors keep changing on the back end. Flavors keep going. Seems to be more new style than traditional. We opened a bottle four years ago and is much better today. Sadly, our last bottle. Was great with caramelized onions, mushrooms with ramps. Wife related the experience to the Smokey Mountains with rolling hills of flavor. Very poetic! |
